About Us

Cindy Porter brings a unique and valuable perspective to the field of House Staging. She integrates her backgrounds in real estate investing and House Staging with her experience as a psychotherapist in her work at Fresh Cape Designs.

Cindy understands the mindset of home buyers and what motivates them to buy. Her interior design style is clean, crisp and fun—and she is always respectful of house sellers’ attachment to the home they are selling.

Cindy, who has her MSW from Simmons College, had a psychotherapy practice in Western Massachusetts for 20 years. She is certified in House Staging through Debra Gould of Staging Diva.

For projects in Greater Boston and the South Shore, Fresh Cape Designs partners with Amy Tyer of Center Staging in Medfield.

Cindy and her husband Rick live in Yarmouth Port.
